We are looking for a dynamic candidate with the following attributes:
Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage
all financial operations including accounting, taxation, revenue,
expenditure, treasury, assets & property, and overall performance of
Finance Department
- Ensure
generation of timely and accurate regularly/ad-hocmanagement reports
and data analysis for holding, group policies, statutory requirements,
regulatory requirements, management and business objectives.
- Review
of daily finance & accounting transaction and book-keeping
procedure ensure that appropriate financial regulation, accounting
treatment and controls are in place and in use at all times; ensure that
all finances matter are properly recorded, administered and monitored.
- Manage cash flow management.
- Involve in related taxation matters occurred in company.
- Interface with financial consultants, bank, tax consultants, internal and external auditors and government agencies.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function
Qualifications :
- Must possess at least Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring in finance, or accounting.
- Having minimum 10 years working relevant experience
- Holding Brevet A & B
- Knowledge/experience with Accounting/Financial software
- Expert in analyzing the company performance.
- Strong knowledge in Taxation regulation & process
- Able to build and maintain a good relationship with banks & Financial Institution
- Knowledge or proficiency of Mandarin Language will be advantage
